Congratulations to APCG student Stephen Phillips for being awarded the Rawlins Merit Scholarship for the 2013-2014 academic year. Stephen was one of seventeen students campus-wide to receive the Rawlins Merit Scholarship which is awarded to students with notable achievements in both the classroom and community.
