APCG Advising

You must have a Google account to schedule an appointment. All students automatically receive a CSU, Chico Wildcat Email Google account when they are admitted to Chico State.

After clicking on the above link and signing in to your Google account, shaded open advising appointment slots labeled "Advising" will be shown. (Before you select an appointment slot, be sure to check that your time zone is set correctly in your Google Calendar as well as your computer. You may do so in Google, by clicking on Calendar, choose settings (in the righthand corner), choose settings from the drop-down menu, then check that 'Your current time zone' is correct. )

Advisees may click on an open slot and make an appointment at which time the slot will no longer be available.  After doing so, a dialog box will come up that says 'Book an appointment,' be sure to click on 'view/edit in Google Calendar' and set up a reminder so you do not forget to come to your appointment.

If an advisee wishes to cancel their appointment, they must do so in their own calendar. More information is available on the Applied Computer Graphics FAQ page.

*If, as a prospective student, you do not have a Google email account, please email Clarke Steinback at csteinback@csuchico.edu

*Office hours are available on a first come first served basis. No appointments are scheduled.
