Need an Accommodation?

Disability related accommodations should be requested directly from the sponsoring unit of a particular event, preferably five working days before the event.

Issues with Accommodations?

If you have made a request for accommodation that has not been addressed to your satisfaction, you are encouraged to use the following procedure:

1. Discuss your concerns with person(s) immediately involved.
2. Discuss your concerns with director/chair or dean of area involved.
3. Discuss your concerns with the ADA Coordinator in the Office of the Vice Provost for Human Resources (530) 898-5029.
