Hello, my name is LaReesa Solis and I am a junior here at Chico State. I am majoring in Recreation, specializing in Special Event Planning and Tourism. I am a recent transfer student from Butte College where I finished all of my lower division classes. I have lived here in Chico for the past two and a half years. I moved to Chico from my hometown in Gerber, California where I have lived my whole life. I am the first in my family to attend college so it is an awesome accomplishment for me to make it here to Chico State. I am engaged to be married this June to a wonderful man and fellow Chico State Alumni. We both love Chico State and all that it has done for us! I enjoy riding my fire truck red beach cruiser through Bidwell Park, reading, and baking in my free time. During my last year or so here at Chico State I plan on joining a few clubs on campus and hopefully studying abroad somewhere fun like Costa Rica! I look forward to showing you around our beautiful campus.
