Current Initiatives
- Create an integrated academic environment, where students interact with—and learn from—students and faculty from other disciplines within the college, as well as across campus.
- Maintain an Agricultural Teaching and Research Center (University Farm) that is a showcase of diverse animals and crops managed in a manner that is economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable.
- Expand our role as a leader in Northern California, with educational programs and service activities that promote sustainable environmental management.
- Produce graduates who have the skills and knowledge to meet regional needs in a rapidly changing industry, complemented by the wisdom of a global perspective.
