College of Ag to Host 10th Annual Career and Internship Fair

The California State University, Chico College of Agriculture will be hosting its 10th annual career and internship fair on Feb. 13 at the University Farm Pavilion. The event will start at 10 a.m. and will conclude around 2 p.m. Approximately 35 recruiters are signed up to attend, including Beneficial Insectary Inc., Earthbound Farm, Foster Farms, Harris Ranch Beef Company, J.G. Boswell Company, Rabobank N. A., Tanimura & Antle and The Morning Star Company.

In past years, the College of Agriculture's career and internship fair has successfully connected students with future employers from a wide range of agriculture career areas. Whether students are unsure of a career path or know exactly what they want to do, this event is a great chance for them to make connections and network with agriculture companies that are seeking prospective employees from Chico State's College of Ag.

Prior to attending the career fair, students are encouraged to attend workshops designed to prepare them for the event. For more information, contact Susie Funk at 530-898-4262.
