Load Up the Trailer for This Year’s Northern Exposure Jr. Cattle Show
California State University, Chico's College of Agriculture is gearing up for their second annual Northern Exposure Cattle Show this fall. Youth from throughout California, Oregon and Nevada will participate in the California Junior Livestock Association sanctioned jackpot. The show will be held at the Glenn County Fairgrounds on Oct. 17 and 18.
The event is coordinated by a team of Chico State students led by Natalie Reis and supervised by faculty member Dr. Celina Johnson. The split steer and heifer show will provide two sets of awards, premiums and CJLA points for exhibitors.
