Alumni Attitude Study: We Want to Know What you Think!
feedback
To better serve the needs and interests of alumni and friends, the Chico State Alumni Association has commissioned Performance Enhancement Group, Ltd. of Houston to conduct an Alumni Attitude Study©. This study will measure alumni attitudes and how they impact participation with the association and Chico State. This survey is a follow up to the survey we conducted in 2008.

This is an online, confidential survey that will be sent to all alumni with an e-mail address. Results will be ready in late Spring and will be shared with staff, administrators, volunteers and alumni at large. During the past year, the association has begun a process to more effectively and efficiently deliver programming, services and communications. Your opinions and concerns are an important part of this process. Please help us better understand what you expect from Chico State and your alumni association by taking a few minutes to complete the survey. Your input is critical to helping meet your expectations. For your convenience, this study is conducted online only, and you will not receive any mail or phone calls related to this study.

You will receive an e-mail from Chico State in the next 10 days with a link to the survey and instructions on how to complete it.  We value the input of all of our alumni and hope that you will participate in this endeavor with us. Thank you for your support and participation!

Interview Skills: Why am I Not Getting the Interview?  I feel that it's safe to say that although we are all Chico State alumni, we are at different places in our lives. In regards to employment, some are very happy where they are in their company and respectfully in their position. A larger percentage of those that I chat with have something else to say. Traditionally, it's along the lines that they want to get promoted within their organization or that they would like to make a change. Change is not bad. The question is how do you make that change?
