Chico State Alumni Association Announces Huge Change
The Chico State Alumni Association announced earlier this month an exciting change to an all-inclusive membership model.  The new association aims to strengthen connections, showcase pride, and increase support of the University. Young Alumni Network Brings Boys and Girls Club To Campus
On July 15, 2015, the Chico Young Alumni Network hosted the Boys and Girls Club North Valley (BGCNV) for campus tours and workshops with recent graduates. BGCNV has done summer college tours for years, but this event enhanced their opportunities to learn from recent Chico State grads from various backgrounds. Read more...

Wildcats Can! On-Campus Food Drive For Students In Need
Who can put a dent in hunger? Wildcats Can! This is a canned food drive held between campus move-in and Labor Day on the Chico State campus.  Alumni can participate by dropping off non-perishable food to the Sapp Hall Alumni House from Aug. 17 to Sept. 9, 2015. The campus food pantry distributed over 3,800 food items last year and ran out of food leaving needy students without this important resource.  Help us reach the goal of collecting 4,000 food items this year. Read more...

Chico Performances released their 2015-2016 calendar this past month. The schedule includes dozens of opportunities to engage with the arts on the beautiful CSU, Chico campus.  Events range from concerts, to dance performances, to cultural experiences, and more. Browse the calendar online here.

Alumni Spotlight: Theodore Elsenbaumer
Theodore Elsenbaumer, class of 2015 graduate and exercise physiology alumnus, is undertaking a 600 mile journey from Chico to Ventura this summer.  The former decathlete and assistant coach to the Chico State track team is accompanied by returning senior athletes Tristan (pictured) and Geoff.  If you see this traveling trio proudly representing Chico State, be sure to say hi! Read more...
