Don Carlsen, Alumni Association President
Don Carlsen is serving his second term as the Alumni Association vice president, slated to take over as president February 1, 2010. Carlsen is retired from his job with the Butte County Office of Education, but still works as an official with the National Football League. Carlsen splits his time between Chico and Lake Almanor.
Michelle Power, Vice President
Michelle Power became a member of the Alumni Association board on February 1, 2009. Power and her husband Gentry own Bidwell Perk and live in Chico.
Chris Clements, Board Secretary
Chris Clements has been a board member since February 1, 2007. Clements works for UC Davis, and resides in Sacramento with his wife Tiffany.
Cathy Norlie, Board Treasurer
Cathy Norlie is serving her first term as an at-large member of the executive committee. Norlie also serves on the Budget and Alumni Glen Committees. Norlie is an attorney with The Nature Conservancy, and lives in Chico with her husband Errin.
Tim Colbie, Past President
Tim Colbie is the Alumni Association president, elected to his second term from February 1, 2009 through January 31, 2010. Colbie also serves as the Chico State representative to the CSU Alumni Council. Colbie is the owner of Great Escape Travel and resides in Chico.
Bob Linscheid, CSU Alumni Trustee
Bob Linscheid is the second alumnus from Chico State to serve as the CSU Alumni Trustee. Linscheid is an ex-officio member of the Alumni Association Board of Directors. Linscheid is president of The Linscheid Company.
Frank Marinello, Board member
Frank Marinello became a member of the board February 1, 2009. Marinello is the owner of Marinello Real Estate Company, and resides in Chico with his family.
Sue Anderson, Director
Susan Linders Anderson is the director of Alumni and Parent Relations at CSU, Chico. She also oversees the University's annual commencement exercises. In a previous life she spent more than 15 years in sales and marketing, primarily in the cable television industry. In addition to serving as the executive director of the Chico State Alumni Association she has served on numerous nonprofit boards and has a special interest in local animal welfare issues.
Rick Callender, Board member
Rick Callender became a board member February 1, 2009. Callender was the first student at Chico State elected to serve two consecutive terms as AS president. Callender currently resides in San Jose.
Roxanne Brown Gilpatric, Board member
Roxanne Gilpatric has been a member of the board since February 1, 2007. Gilpatric currently resides with her husband Kim in Santa Rosa.
Amber Johnsen, Board member
Amber Johnsen has been a member of the board since February 1, 2007. Johnsen is a former AS president. She currently works in pharmaceutical sales and lives in Sacramento.
Pam Montana, Board member
Pam Montana has been a member of the board since February 1, 2006. Montana also serves as vice president of the Bay Area Chapter. She works for the Intel Corporation, and lives in Danville.
Clark Porter, Board member
Clark Porter has been a member of the board since February 1, 2006. Porter leads the Alumni Association Membership Committee. He lives in Chico with his wife Betty.
