The Wildcat Leadership Institute Wants You!

Are you looking for the opportunity to mentor student leaders on campus? Trying to find ways to polish your own leadership skills?  Then this is the program for you! The Wildcat Leadership Institute (WLI) is searching for faculty, staff or community members who want the opportunity to intentionally mentor student leaders as an Institute Fellow. As a Fellow we ask that you serve as a guide, coach, facilitator or instructor for a small group of 6-7 students. You will help students explore various areas of leadership cultivate and help develop personal and interpersonal skills and create opportunities for students to grow in many other areas.
