Not Too Late to Help Fight Cancer

The Chico State Wildcat Relay For Life team is gearing up for the big event this Saturday, June 8th 10:00 AM through Sunday, June 9th 10:00 AM at Pleasant Valley High School.

Purchase a raffle ticket for an opportunity to win a $500 gift certificate to Esplanade Furniture, an Avon Basket worth $150, in addition to spa, restaurant, bakery, candy and other gift certificates from local businesses. You can also donate to an individual team member to help them meet or beat their fundraising goal by going to www.relayforlife.org/chicoca then click on donate and search for the participate you would like to support.  Team members you can support are: Peggy Armocido, Lori Adrian, Wendi Beane, Vicky Breeden, Polly Crabtree, Kathleen Hillman, Michelle Holmes, Barbara LaRue, Melanie O’Connor, and Holly Soldavini.

You can also help us by coming out and walking for an hour. Our team is small this year and someone has to be walking the track at all times for the full 24 hours.  Contact Peggy Armocido if you can come out and walk an hour for us.
