Agricultural Research Institute (ARI) 14/15 Systemwide Call for Proposals
CSU Agricultural Research Institute (ARI) funding is available for the 2014/15 fiscal year to all qualified campus faculty and research staff on a competitive basis. The ARI public funds require at least one-to-one match with industry/agency resources to fund high impact applied agricultural research, development, and technology transfer.
All proposals must address improving the economic efficiency, productivity, profitability and sustainability of California agriculture and its allied industries. System proposals are for projects that address issues that have statewide significance and require collaborative research with other CSU or UC campuses.
System proposals require submission of pre-proposals, submitted through the ARI web-based Proposal Submission Routing System (PSRS) by August 14, 2013. “A “Notice of Intent to Submit” (NOI), is due to Karen Hansen, RESP ARI Analyst by August 1, 2013. Due to the Call for Proposals undergoing revisions, the ARI 2014/15 Call for Proposals will not be let until late August or early September. The 13/14 Call for Proposals with revisions and the PSRS and interactive forms will be used for this competition.
If you have problems using the interactive forms or need proposal assistance, contact Karen Hansen at x6286 or kthansen@csuchico.edu
