Facing Difficult People - March 25

Have you had a recent interaction that left you at a loss for words, embarrassed, or wishing you wouldn’t have reacted? This workshop will provide tips on remaining calm while responding to someone who is confrontational or difficult to deal with.

This session will provide understanding on:

  • How to manage your own hot buttons so you don’t go “over the edge”
  • What to say when you feel someone is trying to control you
  • How to deal with big egos and bullies
  • Practical things you can do and avoid others ruining your day
  • How to break the negative communication cycle
  • Questions and language to use to manage difficult situations, especially when you’re caught by surprise
