Workshop: Americans with Disabilities Act and the Three R’s - Your Role, Your Responsibility, Your Rights
Ever wonder about what “accessibility” really means? How does reasonable accommodation apply to your environment? This workshop will provide a basic understanding of the Americans with Disabilities and how it intersects with our roles on campus. It will help you understand your role, responsibility and rights under the ADA. It is intended to help you think about your work setting and help you recognize and take action to create a workplace that is welcoming and inclusive.
This workshop is open to all employees, is sponsored by the ADA Committee, and is also part of the Supervisory Development Training certificate program. Seating is limited, so please register early.
