Free composting workshop this Saturday, February 2

Do you have an interest in reducing your carbon footprint? Are you concerned with environmental issues? Do you desire to have a green thumb? The Compost Display Area (between the Yolo tennis courts and the train tracks) will be giving a free composting workshop this Saturday from 11am to 12. We will go over the basics of organic waste recycling, vermiculture, and general sustainability. Our workshops are fun, hands-on, and require no background in environmental studies.
