Defensive Driver Training May 25th
The CSU Vehicle Use Policy requires that State employees (including student employees) complete Defensive Driver Training every four years in order to drive a State, rental, or privately-owned vehicle, including electric carts, on State business. In an effort to meet the needs of the Campus, the Department of Environmental Health and Safety is offering Defensive Driver Training every week.
The next course is offered Wednesday, May 25th from 10:00 a.m. to Noon p.m. in Meriam Library Studio A.
Employees can confirm the expiration date of their Defensive Driver Training by inquiring at the Environmental Health and Safety website and click on “Defensive Driver Status.”

At the time of the class, please have with you your valid Driver’s License, your CSU, Chico State ID card, and a pen or pencil for the short quiz at the end of the session.
Employees and Student Employees can register for defensive driver training, please log into the new Development and Training System using your daily user name and password.
