The University Staff Development Program Committee (USDP) is hosting a Mindful Communication series to help employees who are interested in becoming more effective and confident in articulating your message.  Mindful Communication is a three-part interactive series designed to help you improve your human relation skills. You will learn how to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various generations, diverse cultural backgrounds and with individual differences

Who should go?

These workshops are open to all staff, faculty and managers who are interested in improving their communication and human relation skills.

The series is an “open” design, meaning that all employees are welcome to come, there are no pre-requisites, and the courses can be attended independently of one another.  Employees are asked to enroll advance.
