Anna Harris, digital communications coordinator in our office, has assumed responsibility for reviewing campus publications that will be distributed off campus. As you may know from an earlier message in Announcements, Casey Huff, who did this editing for many years, retired in September.
Here is a reminder about our new process: Please send publications for review as Word document or pdf email attachments to email@example.com. Should you need to show us a printed copy, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request before bringing the document to Kendall Hall 114.
Our responsibility is to review brochures, newsletters, and recruitment materials—print or digital—intended for off-campus audiences, as well as new websites. If you have any questions about whether your publication needs to be reviewed by Public Affairs and Publications, please contact Anna at email@example.com or 898-5882. Thank you.
