Lieutenant Robert Merton Rawlins Merit Award Scholarships.  Faculty nominations are due to college deans on Monday, March 25, 2013.  Visit http://www.csuchico.edu/fa/scholarships/index.shtml for the 2013-2014 Nomination and Selection Process form.   Nominations are based on the following considerations:

• seriousness of intent to obtain an education and to increase personal knowledge
• ability to pursue a successful life in any chosen capacity
• evidence of scholarship, extracurricular activities, and professionally-related and academic accomplishments
