Turner Co-sponsoring Children's Art Exhibit, "A Child's View from Gaza," Oct. 8-18

The Janet Turner Print Museum is one of the sponsors of a local art exhibition, A Child’s View from Gaza, which takes place October 8-18 in CSU, Chico's Cross-Cultural Leadership Center, located in Meriam Library, Suite 172.

A Child’s View from Gaza is the centerpiece of Keeping Hope Alive – Life and Culture in Occupied Palestine, a multimedia educational and cultural experience exploring the richness of Palestinian culture and aspects of Palestinian life. The exhibition features powerful artworks drawn by Palestinian children in the weeks following Operation Cast Lead in 2008-2009.
