Fall 2013 MWOW Lecture Series Continues Wednesday, Oct. 23
The Museum Without Walls lecture series, “What’s Underfoot”, continues this Wednesday, Oct. 23, at the Gateway Science Museum, with “Keeping Tabs on our Groundwater: Where is it and Where is it Going?”, co-presented by Dr. Christina Buck, Water Resources Scientist, Butte County Water & Resource Conservation, and Dr. Todd Greene, Associate Professor, Department of Geological & Environmental Sciences, CSU, Chico. The focus of this presentation will be on tracking our aquifers at a variety of scale, to better understand our groundwater system.
Presentations begin at 7:30pm at the Gateway Science Museum, 625 Esplanade.
A donation of $3 per adult is suggested. This event is free to members and students with a valid ID.
