Study Skills Workshops This Week: Pre-Writing and Relatable Research
The Student Learning Center is offering two workshops this week to help students with choosing research topics and pre-writing their papers. The presenters of the Pre-writing workshop are both current writing tutors in the Student Learning Center. The Research Topics presenter is a CSU, Chico librarian with a background in information literacy. The goal of both workshops is to make the writing process easier and more enjoyable.

To reserve a spot in the workshop, students should sign up in advance here. Workshops are offered free of charge throughout the semester. For additional workshop topics, dates, and times, please check the SLC website. Many of our workshops are also available online as an alternative for those who are not able to attend the scheduled workshops (although neither of the workshops being offered this week are available online at this time).
