Embodied Club, Nov. 18
The new Embodied student club will meet on Monday, November 18th, 2013 at 6:00 pm, in Plumas 106. All majors are welcome and you can come for as long as your schedule allows.
In preparation of having a thanksgiving break, we will be having a mindful Thanksgiving potluck! If you can’t contribute anything for the potluck, don’t let that stop you! Bring your appetites and your friends—the more the merrier. During this club meeting, get ready to bring pintrest ideas to life and craft encouraging pins! We will also be discussing what will be coming up for the last club meeting and next semester events.
Exciting news: We will have a design for shirts! Since we are a new club, we will be taking pre-orders for shirts and should have shirts within 2 weeks after the order is placed. Don't miss out on getting the first shirts from the FIRST HAES college club in the country!
Long-sleeve shirt: $24
SAVE! Order both: $35
IMPORTANT: We are still collecting club dues ($15.00). For more information please contact Dr. Michelle Morris, 898-4757 or email@example.com
Come and join us. Hope to see you there!

*The HAES® paradigm is based on the premise that the best way to improve health is to honor your body. HAES encourages:
-Accepting & respecting the natural diversity of body sizes & shapes ;
-Eating in a flexible manner that values pleasure & honors internal cues of hunger, satiety & appetite; and
-Finding the joy in moving one’s body & becoming more physically vital.
