The 6th Annual LGBTQ+ Conference: True Colors, Nov. 17
The AS Gender and Sexuality Equity Center will be hosting their 6th Annual LGBTQ+ Conference on Sunday, November 17, 2013 in the Bell Memorial Union 210 on the Chico State Campus from 1:00pm-5:00pm. The conference is an opportunity for all people to educate and empower themselves while building community and support within the LGBTQ+ and allied communities. This event is free to all campus and community members.
The day will include interactive activities and a variety of speakers including Kay Gordon from the SF LGBTQ Speakers Bureau, Krystle Tonga from the Cross Cultural Leadership Center, Atty. Elizabeth Kristen from Legal Aid Society, molly heck from Multi Cultural and Gender Studies Center, and a panel hosted by the Queer People of Color Society "QPOCS!”. Food will be provided and a raffle will be held.
