EXPLORE OUR REGION’S LAND AND WATER - Navigate your way through Northern California, as you investigate our region's groundwater, surface water, geology, climate, land and water use, and the industries and communities dependent upon it. A collaboration with DW&RC, funded by DWR.
SPIN, BALANCE, ROCK AND ROLL - Challenge your understanding of basic principles of physics, as you experience forces and motion first-hand in this interactive exhibit filled with pendulums, spinners, levers, and more. Created by Dr. LaDawn Haws.
MUSHROOMS: KEYS TO THE KINGDOM FUNGI - Unravel the mystery of fungi, as you examine these sometimes beautiful and sometimes gruesome specimens; all of which are integral to the life cycle of other living organisms. Co-created by Jennifer Jewell and John Whittlesey.
WHEN THE EARTH SHAKES - Jump, spin, design, and build, as you learn about historic quakes, seismograms, tectonic plates, and structural engineering. Created and traveled by the Sciencenter.
