Want to make a diffrence this Spring Break?

The Alternative Spring Break (ASB) team is proud to announce that the trip for the upcoming Spring Break 2014 will be to a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. Our service will be hosted by Habitat for Humanity and will be focused on restoring low-income housing for the Chicago community.

Chicago’s Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing to working families. Since 1990, volunteers have worked in partnership with qualified homebuyers to construct affordable, quality homes, which are then purchased through no-interest mortgages.

ASB 2014 will be accepting applications the first two weeks of the spring 2014 semester in the CAVE (Community Action Volunteers in Education) office BMU 309.

The ASB Co-Coordinators can be contacted at (530) 898-5817 or by email at caveasbprogram@csuchico.edu. Applications can be found on our AS website at www.aschico.com/cave/asb
