Africa's Diva Angelique Kidjo makes her way to Laxson Auditorium 11/15

Angelique Kidjo is Africa's most celebrated female musician with 11 critically acclaimed crossover albums. Her Chico performance will take place on November 15, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in Laxson Auditorium. Raised in Benin, her influences include James Brown, Otis Redding, and Carlos Santana, as well as Africa's own Miriam Makeba and Bella Bellow. This performance will celebrate her West African Afro-pop roots featured on her latest album OYO.
