Noontime Meditation & Qi Gong
Experiencing a little stress with the start of the new semester? Come join us for Noontime Meditation and Qi Gong (moving meditation) every Monday through Thursday, noon through 12:50 in SSC426 in the Student Services Building. Take this opportunity to relax, revitalize and center before greeting the rest of your day. No previous experience is needed. Street clothing is appropriate.
