30th Annual Multicultural Night
Every year the Associated Students invites the campus and community to experience a night of cultural celebration and education called Multicultural Night. This year, Multicultural Night is at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29th, in the Bell Memorial Union Auditorium. This is an absolutely free event for students and community members to attend. Multicultural Night is hosted by the Associated Students Multicultural Affairs Council.
This year, one of the main focuses of Multicultural Night will be cultural education and a showcase of the many cultures on campus. This is not a talent show, instead, a direct focus on the music, language, dance and poems that promote cultural education on campus. The council wants this night to be full of bright colors, music, smiles, and fun, showing love and appreciation for all cultures and cultural education and appreciation for the cultures we have on campus and around the Chico community.
