Like MUSIC?! Play a string instrument? Sign up for the CSU String Ensemble!

Do you play a string instrument (violin, viola, cello, bass)?  Come have fun playing music for credit!

The CSU string ensemble (MUSC 411F) is primarily a non-music major ensemble that meets at 7pm on Thursday evenings in PAC 132.  There are performance opportunities with the Paradise Symphony and other opportunities on campus at the end of the semester.

All majors are welcome to participate!  It is useful if you have some previous string experience on the violin, viola, cello, or doublebass.

Enroll today by contacting Scott Seaton (North State Symphony Music Director) at!  Don’t wait!
