Noontime Qigong and Meditation
Once again the College of BSS in conjunction with the Wellness Center is offering noontime Qigong (moving meditation and stress release techniques) and traditional meditation in SSC 426 Monday through Thursday Noon to 12:50 throughout the semester. These sessions are open to all faculty, staff, students and members of the community. No previous experience is needed. Street clothing is appropriate.
