SLC Study Skills Workshop-Overcoming Personal and Academic Challenges

The Student Learning Center is offering a workshop on Wednesday, Sept 9, 6-6:50pm in SSC 150.


The offices of Study Abroad, SSS and EOP will be presenting Overcoming Personal and Academic Challenges. This workshop showcases a panel discussion on various perspectives of continuing  generation college students (students who have at least one parent with a four year degree) and first generation college students (students who are the first in their families to go college) who will share their stories of how they have overcame diverse academic and personal challenges through their college experiences.
