Transcript processing May 24 – June 17
While spring semester grades are being processed, official transcripts will be unavailable for students enrolled in spring 2013. Transcript processing will resume Monday, June 17, 2013. Current and recent students may access unofficial transcripts through the Portal.
Enrolled in spring 2013 and need a transcript?
Order by the deadlines below and your transcript will be ready no later than 2 PM on Friday, May 31. Grades for spring 2013 will not be included.
- Friday, May 24 for Regular Processing. All orders after this date must be Rush Processing to be ready by May 31st.
- Tuesday, May 28 for Rush Processing.
- May 31 through June 13: No official transcripts will be processed. Place your order online and your request will be processed beginning Monday, June 17. Unofficial transcripts can be ordered in our lobby and accessed in the Portal. A letter regarding transcript availability is available upon request.
Not enrolled in spring 2013? Order online and your order will be processed according to your selections.
Closure days and weekends are not included in transcript processing business days. Our office is closed on:
- Monday, May 27 (Memorial Day)
- Friday, June 7 (Campus Closed)
- Friday, June 14 (Campus Closed)
