Otis Parrish is still blessing the site. This picture shows the
view from the Tomato Patch site. On a clear day, one can see the
Farallon Islands which are 60km away. From this angle, it is easy
to see why the Kashaya refer to the Europeans the "Undersea
People." Ships seem to just appear on the horizon, as if
arising from under the sea. |
