Room Search & Scheduling Application
Astra Schedule is a web-based, enterprise-class scheduling and calendaring system that coordinates rooms for all classes, final exams, and events in our campus facilities.
All campus employees have view access of the General Use Conference and Lecture Room Calendars by clicking the LOG INTO ASTRA button. If you need more than view access to Astra, please click the ASK FOR ACCESS button and submit a security request. Training is required before access will be granted.
Help Guides
Academic Schedulers can find guides in Box, for internal use only. Guest users should visit the Facilities Reservations and Event Services website for assistance.
