How to request approval for a change of meeting pattern for a class

Once registration has started changes to class meeting patterns must have the dean’s approval.  The dean’s approval is required for any active class, whether is has enrollment or not.  These are the steps to request the dean’s approval:

  1. The Dept ASC completes the Approval to Change the Meeting Pattern form.
  2. The Dept ASC then forwards the form to the dean, requests the dean to complete the approval area of the form, save and forward to the dept and APSS, with the completed form attached.
  3. Once the dean has approved, the dept will change the meeting pattern.  If a general use leccture room is needed the dept will send the room request to APSS.

Adobe Acrobat must be used to open and fill out the Approval to Change the Meeting Pattern form correctly.

The process for these forms is entirely electronic.  Please DO NOT print paper copies of these forms and do not send paper copies of these forms to APSS.
