How to request approval for a change of meeting pattern or cancellation of a class

Once registration has started changes to class meeting patterns or class cancellations must have the dean’s approval.  The dean’s approval is required for any active class, whether is has enrollment or not.  These are the steps to request the dean’s approval:

  1. The Dept ASC completes either the Approval to Change the Meeting Pattern or the Approval to Cancel a Class form.
  2. The Dept ASC then forwards the form to the dean, cc APSS, request the dean to complete the approval area of the form and reply-to-all, with the approved form attached.
  3. Once the dean has approved, the dept will change the meeting pattern or cancel the class.
