Diabetes Education Center
- Diabetes Support Group: Meets on the third Thursday of each month, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Enloe Conference Center. Admission is free; open to the public. 530-332-6840
- Diabetes, Nutrition and Pregnancy Education Services: Physician-referral required. Participants gain the knowledge and self-care skills necessary to manage their condition effectively. 530-332-6840
