The Big Chico Creek Ecological Reserve Conference Center is both a conference/retreat/meeting facility and home for the caretakers. The first floor has a table that seats a maximum of 30 people, a kitchen, and bathroom. The second floor is private quarters for the caretakers.

Half day is 7 am -1 pm or noon -7 pm.
For non-CSUC groups, fees are due 7 days before the event.
Cancellation of use less than 48 hours in advance forfeits the fee.
No food service, cooking or serving utensils or tableware, etc. are provided. Groups are fully responsible for any meals, including cleanup. Garbage must be taken out.
Organized groups must show proof of insurance.
No pets, bicycles or other vehicles, horses, firearms, fires, or camping. No smoking.
Must abide by regulations of the BCCER.

The purpose of any group function must be primarily educational or business-oriented. No weddings, birthday parties, or other primarily recreational functions may be scheduled. The use of the grounds near the house constitutes house rental.
