Ticket Information 

General Information

Exchanges: 

All exchanges must occur at the University Box Office 24 hours prior to the event. Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance or gift certificate for a $3 exchange fee per ticket. No refunds or exchanges can be made at the event. University policy is no cash/credit card refunds unless the event is canceled. Online and over the phone ticket fees are not refundable.

Fees:

Box office handling, online convenience ticketing, and theatre restoration fees are assessed where applicable. These fees can be seen at point of check out. For Member/ Donors and Subscribers there are no ticket service fees. Fees are not refundable.Exchange fees apply to all exchanged tickets.

Student/Senior/Child Ticket Information:

Student: CSU Chico Students Tickets are only available in person at the University Box Office. You must be an active full time student and have your student ID present when purchasing a ticket and when entering into the theater. Only one student ticket per student ID. Student Tickets are not available online.

Senior: Over 60 years of age.

Child: Under 18 years of age. Only children under 2 years of age are allowed to sit in laps. All children between the ages of 2 and 18 need their own ticket/seat.

Disability Requests:

CSU, Chico venues offer a wide selection of services, including special needs seating and assistive listening devices. Please inform the University Box Office at the time of your ticket order if you need any of these services by calling (530) 898-4325.

Parking during the Event:

Please be sure to arrive early enough to find parking. City parking lots are available at Third and Salem Streets, and at Second and Salem Streets. The University has a parking structure at Second and Ivy Streets and the University parking lots along Second Street are open for event parking. Temporary parking permits for University lots can be purchased from dispensers located in the 2nd and Normal parking lot, the parking structure and in the stadium parking lot. . Cost for parking in the University lots is $1.00 per hour for 1–4 hours or $5.00 for longer than 4 hours. Additional parking information.

Late Seating:

Performances begin on time. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house staff at an appropriate interval in the program.

Venue Information & Rules:

Doors to all performances open one-half hour prior to event start time (athletic events may open earlier). Cameras, recording equipment, food and drink are not allowed in any of the theaters on campus. All cell phones, pagers, and alarms must be turned off. Noisy children may be asked to wait in the lobby area.

Venue Locations:

Laxson Auditorium is located at the corner of W. First and Salem Streets. Harlen Adams Theatre is located at the corner of W. Second and Chestnut Streets, in the Performing Arts Center. Wismer Theater located at the corner of W. Second and Chestnut Streets, in the Performing Arts Center. The Ruth Rowland Taylor Recital Hall is located at the corner of W. Second and Chestnut Streets, in the Performing Arts Center. The Bell Memorial Auditorium is located at the corner of W. Second and Chestnut Streets, in the Bell Memorial Union. The CSU, Chico track, Nettletleton Baseball Stadium and the University Soccer Field are located at West Sacramento and Warner Streets. Acker and Shurmer Gymnasiums are located on Warner Street between Little Chico Creek and West Sacramento Ave.
