Handling & Online Fees

Box office handling, online convenience ticketing, and theatre restoration fees are assessed where applicable. These fees can be seen at point of check out. Fees are non-refundable. 

Ticket Information

Senior
Patrons 60 years of age and over receive a senior discount.

Child
Children ages 3 to 18 will receive a child discount. Children under 2 years of age, without a ticket, must sit on an adult’s lap.  

Student
CSU Chico Students Tickets are available online, over the phone, and in person at the University Box Office. Wildcat Card must be present when picking up the ticket and entering the venue. Only one student ticket per Wildcat Card.

If you are Chico State Faculty or Staff and would like to purchase a group of student tickets for a class or campus group, please present a staff or faculty ID along with an ID number for each student receiving a ticket. For more information please call the University Box Office at (530) 898-6333.

Group Rates
The University Box Office offers group rate discounts to most performances. A group rate discount applies to groups of 10 or more tickets purchased. Not all performances offer group rates. Group rates are not available when purchasing student tickets or with any other discount. To set up a group purchase or for more information, please call the University Box Office at (530) 898-6333.

Accommodations

CSU, Chico venues offer a wide selection of services, including special needs seating and assisted listening devices. For accommodations, please inform the University Box Office at the time of your ticket order or by calling 530-898-6856. 


Parking

Please be sure to arrive early enough to find parking. 
The University has a parking structure at Third and Chestnut Streets and Second and Ivy Streets. Guests can now pay for hourly and daily parking from their smartphone. Guests can download PassportParking for free from the iPhone App Store and Android Google Play. Mobile web services are also available by visiting ppprk.com. Please direct any questions to the University Police Department at 530-898-5555.
City parking lots are available at Third and Salem Streets, and at Second and Salem Streets.


Late Seating


For the safety of everyone, latecomers will be seated at the House Manager’s discretion, at the earliest break in the program. Please be aware for some performances, the earliest time may be intermission, and you may be asked to remain in the lobby until then.

Venue Information


Laxson Auditorium
Laxson Box Office and Will-Call opens 60 minutes prior to the performance start time. The Laxson Lobby and Concessions opens 45 minutes prior to performances and serves beer, wine, soda, water, and cookies. Laxson seating begins 30 minutes prior to performance start time.


Zingg Recital Hall
Box Office and Will-Call opens 60 minutes prior to the performance start time. Seating begins 30 minutes prior to performance start time.


Harlen Adams Theatre 
Box Office and Will-Call opens 60 minutes prior to the performance start time. Seating begins 30 minutes prior to performance start time.


Wismer Theatre
Box Office and Will-Call opens 60 minutes prior to the performance start time. Seating begins 30 minutes prior to performance start time.


Rowland Taylor Recital Hall 
Box Office and Will-Call opens 60 minutes prior to the performance start time. Seating begins 30 minutes prior to performance start time.


Athletics Events
Box Office, Will-Call and gates open 60 minutes prior to the performance start time. 
 


Electronic Devices
Cameras and recording equipment are not allowed in any of the theaters on campus.
All cell phones, pagers, and alarms must be turned off.
