Orders received within 14 days of the event will be held in the "will-call" window, and can be picked up either at the University Box Office during regular hours, or at the event immediately prior to the event.
Ticket orders received earlier that 14 days prior to the event will be mailed (if requested) to the home address on record.
All online ticket purchases will be charged an additional $2.00 per ticket Convenience Fee.
All online, fax, phone, and mail-in orders will be charged a one time $4.00 Handling Fee.
If you need wheelchair seating or have other special needs, please call the Box Office to purchase tickets.
All Chico State and High School student tickets purchased online will be held in Will Call and can be claimed at the performance upon showing current student identification.
Senior Ticket is 60 years of age and above.
Child Ticket is under 18 years of age.
Tickets purchased 14 days in advance of performance will be mailed if requested at check out.
Chico State student tickets will be held in Will Call for pickup upon showing student ID.
Tickets purchased less than 14 days before the performance will be held in Will Call.
Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance for a $3 exchange fee per ticket.
All exchanges must occur at the University Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the event.
No refunds or exchanges can be made at the event.
University policy is no cash refunds unless the event is canceled. Exchanges are subject to availability. Gift Certificates will be issued if a refund is necessary or an exchange is not possible.
Ticket fees are not refundable.
There is a $4 per order handling fee on all phone, fax, mail and web orders.
There is a $2 per ticket Convenience Fee on all on-line ticket purchases.

Student: CSU Chico and High School students get tickets priced in the lowest price category.
One student ticket per ID. ID must be present for discount.
Senior: Over 60 years of age.
Child: Under 18 years of age. Only children under 2 years of age are allowed to sit in laps. All children between the ages of 2 and 18 need their own ticket/seat.
CSU, Chico venues offer a wide selection of services, including special needs seating and assistive listening devices. Please inform the University Box Office at the time of your ticket order if you need any of these services by calling (530) 898-4325.
Please be sure to arrive early enough to find parking. City parking lots are available at Third and Salem Streets, and at Second and Salem Streets. The University has a parking structure at Second and Ivy Streets and the University parking lots along Second Street are open for event parking. Temporary parking permits for University lots can be purchased from dispensers located in the 2nd and Normal parking lot, the parking structure and in the stadium parking lot. . Cost for parking in the University lots is $1.00 per hour for 1–4 hours or $5.00 for longer than 4 hours. Additional parking information.

Performances begin on time. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house staff at an appropriate interval in the program.
Doors to all performances open one-half hour prior to event start time (athletic events may open earlier).
Cameras, recording equipment, food and drink are not allowed in any of the theaters on campus.
All cell phones, pagers, and alarms must be turned off.
Noisy children may be asked to wait in the lobby area.

Harlen Adams Theatre is located at the corner of W. Second and Chestnut Streets, in the Performing Arts Center.
Wismer Theater located at the corner of W. Second and Chestnut Streets, in the Performing Arts Center.
The Ruth Rowland Taylor Recital Hall is located at the corner of W. Second and Chestnut Streets, in the Performing Arts Center.
The Bell Memorial Auditorium is located at the corner of W. Second and Chestnut Streets, in the Bell Memorial Union.
The CSU, Chico track, Nettletleton Baseball Stadium and the University Soccer Field are located at West Sacramento and Warner Streets.
Acker and Shurmer Gymnasiums are located on Warner Street between Little Chico Creek and West Sacramento Ave.
