Jose’s assessment of his CSU, Chico education:

“As a first generation college student, I never imagined that the university of my choice would play such a vital role in my personal and professional growth. Chico State molded me into a great student and gave me the knowledge I needed in order to succeed. With exceptional professors and staff members, I was able to learn so much that I now carry with me in my career. While a student at Chico State, I learned how to balance school and community involvement. Right before graduation, I landed a perfect job at a non-profit organization, Child Abuse Prevention Council. Chico State will always hold a place in my heart. Go Wildcats!”
