Lisa Silva

Lisa Silva oversees all administrative support for the College of BSS. She maintains the college budgets and reviews department budgets. As the human resources liaison for the college faculty and staff, she manages all personnel processes. She assists the dean through data research and analysis. Her work includes supporting college staff by providing training, assistance, and teambuilding.

Lisa joined the College of BSS in June 2006 and has worked on campus since 2001. She is a Chico State alumna with a degree in recreation administration and minor in tourism.  Her previous experience includes working as a meetings and event manager for five years in San Francisco.
