Student Symposium

16th Annual Student Research Symposium

The Student Symposium is an annual celebration that recognizes outstanding student scholarship in the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences. This event showcases select undergraduate and graduate students as they present on topics researched in one of their courses or as part of a research project sponsored by one or more BSS faculty. In addition to orally presented research projects, a series of engaging and interactive displays are presented during a concurrent poster session.

This year's event will be held in the evening of Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  A reception from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. will immediately follow.

If you would like to participate in the 2017 BSS Student Symposium, please complete the application form.

Have your completed application signed by your faculty sponsor and return to the Dean's Office located in Butte 701. Applications are due April 3, 2017. Contact information and other details are included in the Call for Papers.
