Tatiana Ahlstrand
is a graduate student majoring in Geography. She will complete her Masters Degree in May 2006 and plans to work after graduation. Her research was completed in Dr. Mark Stemen's Seminar in Applied Geography.

Jennifer Arbuckle is an undergraduate majoring in Geography. She will graduate this semester. Her work was completed in Dr. Mark Stemen's Seminar in Applied Geography.

Calli-Jane Birch is majoring in Geography. She will complete her Masters Degree in December 2005. Her work was completed in Dr. Mark Stemen's Seminar in Applied Geography.

Melanie Carlson is a graduate student majoring in Social Science. She will graduate this summer and she has been accepted into a PhD program at the University of Central Florida. She is presenting research from her Master’s Thesis being completed under the direction of Dr. Liahna Gordon from the Department of Sociology and Dr. LoriBeth Way from the Department of Political Science.

Cheri Chastain is a graduate student majoring in Geography. She will complete her Masters Degree in May 2006 and plans to work after graduation. Her research was completed in Dr. Mark Stemen's Seminar in Applied Geography.

Ryan Cirino is a senior majoring in Criminal Justice. He will be graduating this semester. He and Gabriel Ortiz are presenting a research project they completed this semester with all the students in their Criminal Justice Capstone class taught by Dr. Matt Thomas.

Margaret Crahan will graduate in May 2006 with an undergraduate degree in Social Work after which she plans to enter a Masters in Social Work program. She is presenting her research completed in a Social Welfare Institutions course taught by Donna Jensen, MSW.

Lindsey A. Davis is an undergraduate student majoring in the Criminal Justice Program. She will graduate in December 2005 and plans to work after graduation. She and Michael Nahm are presenting a research project they completed this semester with all the students in their Criminal Justice Capstone class taught by Dr. Matt Thomas.

Amie Eisenhut is a double major in Health Education and Nutrition and Food Science and will earn her Bachelor's Degrees in May 2006. After that, she plans to complete a Masters Degree in Nutrition Education and pursue her Registered Dietician credential. She is presenting her Honors in the Major project completed under the guidance of Dr. Diana Flannery.

Jeff Felardo is graduating this semester with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He will spend next year studying at the University of Calabria and then plans to pursue a PhD in Developing Economics. He is presenting his Honors in the Major project completed under the direction of Dr. John Eckalbar.

Michelle Francis is graduating this semester with Bachelor's Degrees in both Sociology and Psychology. She is presenting her Honors in the Major research supervised by Dr. Andrew Dick.

Bryan Gabbard is a graduate student majoring in Geography. He will complete his Masters Degree in May 2006 and plans to teach at a community college after graduation. His research was completed in Dr. Mark Stemen's Seminar in Applied Geography.

Nicholas Hoag is graduating this semester with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He is presenting his Honors in the Major project completed under the direction of Dr. John Eckalbar.

Nicole Hockenbury is an undergraduate Psychology major. She will graduate this semester and then plans to continue her research in neuroscience. She is presenting her work completed under the direction of Dr. Penelope Kuhn.

Brad Hutsell is a graduate student majoring in Social Science. He will graduate in December 2005. He hopes to work for the government as a program analyst after graduation. He is presenting work from his Master’s Thesis that he is currently completing. His mentor for tonight's presentation is Dr. Linda Kline.

Alex James is majoring in Economics. After he completes his Bachelor's Degree in December 2006, he plans to travel and then attend graduate school. He is presenting his Honors in the Major project completed under the direction of Dr. Robert James.

Robynn Kuhlmann is a graduate student in Political Science. She expects to graduate in May 2007 and then begin work on a PhD. She is presenting the results of her research project completed under the direction of Dr. Rick Ruddell.

Bow Lee is an undergraduate Health Science major. After she graduates in May 2006, she intends to continue her studies and earn a graduate degree in public health. She also intends to work as a health advocate for the Hmong population. She is presenting two research projects completed with Mai Sayavong in an internship class with Dr. Mary Portis.

Kristina Miller is a graduate student majoring in Geography. She will complete her Masters Degree in May 2006 and then intends to teach community college environmental studies courses. Her research was completed in Dr. Mark Stemen's Seminar in Applied Geography.

Kathleen Moran is a graduate student in Anthropology. She plans to complete her Masters Degree in May 2006 and then enter a doctoral program where she will concentrate in medical anthropology. She is presenting results of fieldwork initiated in Anthropology 283 under the direction of Dr. Carolyn Heinz.

Michael Nahm will be graduating this semester with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and plans to pursue a career in law enforcement. He and Lindsey Davis are presenting a research project they completed this semester with all the students in their Criminal Justice Capstone class taught by Dr. Matt Thomas.

Gabriel Ortiz is a senior majoring in Criminal Justice. He plans to graduate next December and become a police officer. He and Ryan Cirino are presenting a research project they completed this semester with all the students in their Criminal Justice Capstone class taught by Dr. Matt Thomas.

Celine Pettyjohn will be graduating this semester with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology. She will be attending graduate school in the fall. She is presenting her Honors in the Major project completed under the direction of Dr. Andrew Dick.

Aubrey Rose is studying Geography. He plans to complete his Masters Degree in August 2005 and then pursue a career in planning. The research he is presenting is part of his Master’s Thesis being completed under the direction of Dr. Jacque Chase.

Brian Roy is a Public Administration major. He will complete his Bachelors Degree in December 2005 after which he intends to pursue a Masters Degree in forensic psychology. With the guidance of Dr. Rick Ruddell, he is presenting research completed in a special grant project.

Monica Rudick will be awarded her Bachelors Degrees in both Psychology and Sociology (honors in both) in May. She will then attend Pacific University to begin work on her doctorate in clinical psychology. She is presenting a study she completed for Honors in the Major under the direction of Dr. Cynthia Siemsen.

Ricardo A. Samayoa expects to complete his Masters Degree in Public Administration in December 2006. After graduation, he plans to continue his studies and enter a PhD program. He is presenting a study that he completed in Dr. William Collins' course on Research in Geography and Planning.

Somai Sayavong is graduating this semester with a Masters Degree in Social Work. After graduation, she will be working as a social worker in Butte County. She is presenting two research projects completed with Bow Lee in independent study and internship classes with Dr. Mary Portis.

Anthony Sudderth is a graduate student majoring in Geography. He will complete his Masters Degree in May 2006 and plans to teach at a community college after graduation. His research was completed in Dr. Mark Stemen's Seminar in Applied Geography.

Sarah Taylor is an undergraduate studying both Anthropology and Latin American Studies. She plans on studying for a year in Chile after graduating this semester and then going on to graduate school. Ms. Taylor was awarded an Undergraduate Research and Creativity Grant in 2004. Those funds enabled her to conduct fieldwork in Yucatán and she is presenting her findings tonight under the guidance of Dr. William Loker.

Jennifer Torres will be graduating this semester with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and will be beginning the Advance Year MSW program this summer. She is presenting her Honors in the Major project completed under the guidance of Dr. Pamela Johansen.

Amanda Waddington will receive a Bachelors Degree in Psychology this semester. She plans to attend graduate school and continue studying neuroscience. She is presenting her work completed under the direction of Dr. Penelope Kuhn.

Sean Wever is an Economics major. He plans on attending graduate school after he earns his Bachelors Degree in December 2005. He is presenting his Honors in the Major project completed under the direction of Dr. John Eckalbar.

Daedalys Wilson will receive his Bachelors Degree in Psychology this May. He will continue his studies next year as a graduate student in the Psychology Department’s Marriage and Family Therapy Program. He is presenting research he completed in an independent study with Dr. Ted Singelis.

Julie Withers is a graduate student in the Social Science Program. She expects to complete her degree this summer and then intends to work locally while she prepares her thesis for publication. She is presenting research from her Master's Thesis being completed under the direction of both Dr. Tony Waters and Dr. Carolyn Heinz.
