The College of Behavioral and Social Sciences is proud to offer more than 100 scholarships to deserving students majoring in one of our many fine programs. Through ongoing partnerships with alumni, faculty, staff, and friends, the college has a strong legacy of offering financial support to a great number of students throughout its 10 academic programs. Ranging in value from financial assistance to full support, the college strives to support its paramount goal of providing excellent, high-quality education, while not limiting access based upon financial need.

You are eligible for this scholarship if a) beginning fall 2010 you are a freshman or transfer student attending California State University, Chico for the first time, b) have an incoming GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale), and c) plan on majoring in one of the programs offered in the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences.
The College of BSS will be accepting Applications from now until December 18, 2009, 4:30 P.M. Standard Pacific Time. Applications received after this date will not be considered. Application for the Academic and Performance Scholarship this year is now closed. Check this site fall 2010 for the next application cycle.
