CADEC is located at 310 Salem St., next to the Chamber of Commerce. Our phone number is (530) 898-6450. Our office is open weekdays from 9am-5pm. The Campus Alcohol & Drug Education Center (CADEC) was established in 1988 with the purpose of preventing substance abuse at California State University, Chico.
