The Computer Animation and Game Development hosts and is involved in various events for incoming students throughout the academic year. Please check this page for updates on past, present, and future events.
Choose Chico Day will be held on Saturday April 11, 2015. California State University, Chico will welcome admitted students and their families to this event and CAGD (among other departments and programs University-wide) will host an open house to provide guests an opportunity to visit the campus and talk to faculty as well as current Computer Animation and Game Development majors about the program.
The Computer Animation and Game Development Choose Chico Day schedule is tentative and will be posted as soon as it is finalized. However, several CAGD faculty will be participating and holding presentations on various aspects of the program.
A Computer Graphics Club (CGC) table will also be accessible to visitors at the entrance to the lobby of the O'Connell Technology Center. Members of the CGC will be present and the table will showcase student work and have information about the club available to interested students.
