What constitutes cheating? Do students and professors even agree on what constitutes cheating? Is there a culture of cheating among students here at CSU, Chico? Is it an epidemic as some claim? If so, what are professors, the University, Judicial Affairs, and students doing about academic dishonesty? Is software like Turnitin effective? What kind of policy changes might be called for?
