1. What is Networking Know How?
A gathering of 150+ students who are interested in learning how to comfortably navigate in a professional networking environment.  It’s a FUN, low pressure event with dynamic guest speaker Lain Hensley who will guide you through the sometimes confusing and intimidating world of professional networking.  You will mingle, shake hands while balancing a drink and hors d’oeuvres plate, learn how to enter and exit conversations with ease, and what topics to avoid.

2. Who should attend Networking Know How?
You!  Socializing can be uncomfortable and this event will help you to meet others with confidence whether it’s a professional networking event or navigating day-to-day life.  All majors and class levels are welcome.

3. What should I wear?
Professional attire is encouraged.  A button down shirt and tie or blouse with slacks or a skirt would be appropriate. If you have a suit or can borrow one, wear it!  You will find images of professional attire on Google.  The invitation is to up your game (dressing professionally has a way of helping us put our best foot forward) and get comfortable in professional attire.

4. How do I buy a ticket?
Tickets cost $5 and are available online 
or at the Career Center, Student Services Center 270
Tickets are not available at the door.
