of all candidates for this certificate.

Prerequisites: faculty permission.

GEOG 120 Community and Rural Planning 3.0 FA
GEOG 227 Environmental Impact Analysis 3.0 FS
Prerequisites: GEOG 120 or equivalent.
1 course selected from:
ANTH 161 North American Indians 3.0 FS *Eth
This course is the same as AIST 161 which may be substituted.

ANTH 221 Archaeology of North America 3.0 Inq

Prerequisites: ANTH 103.

ANTH 283 Field Methods in Ethnography 3.0 FA
Prerequisites: ANTH 103.
ANTH 284 Archaeological Site Surveying 3.0 F2
Elective courses should be selected with the prior approval of the certificate
coordinator.
Special Requirement:
Candidates for the certificate must prepare and have accepted an Archaeological
Environmental Impact Report (EIR) by a federal, state, or private agency.
A 2.5 GPA is required for all courses taken for the certificate.
